All after-sales service is provided by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.haktek.ee\"><strong>Haktek O\u00dc<\/strong><\/a>, which undoubtedly has the largest resources and experience in servicing professional kitchen equipment in Estonia.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haktek.ee\"><strong>Haktek O\u00dc<\/strong><\/a> has been a service company for restaurant, bar and large-scale kitchen equipment since 1997. Its after-sales specialists serve customers from Tallinn and regional centres, covering the whole of Estonia. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haktek.ee\"><strong>Haktek<\/strong><\/a> has built its service so that it can provide maintenance, repair and spare parts for all equipment, regardless of brand or manufacturer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3478b2b garantii elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3478b2b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>HAKTEK SEADMED O\u00dc WARRANTY TERMS<\/strong><\/p><p>All professional equipment imported to Estonia by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haktekseadmed.ee\/en\/\"><strong>Haktek Seadmed O\u00dc<\/strong><\/a> carries a warranty of at least 2 years (24 months) from the handover of the products to the buyer (invoice\/delivery note\/installation report), unless otherwise agreed in the sales contract. For products repaired shortly before the end of the warranty period, the warranty is extended by a further 31 days for the same fault.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9b2469 garantii elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f9b2469\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6><strong>WHAT THE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT WARRANTY COVERS<\/strong><\/h6><p>Detection and elimination of hidden design, manufacturing and material defects of the product. These defects are remedied until the product functions normally.<\/p><p>Restoring the cosmetic appearance is not covered by warranty work.\u00a0<\/p><p>If the product is to be used for other purposes or more intensively than intended by the manufacturer, a separate warranty agreement must be concluded with a representative of <span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haktekseadmed.ee\/en\/\">Haktek Seadmed O\u00dc<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f7d2f5 garantii elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f7d2f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6><b>WARRANTY PERIOD<\/b><\/h6><p>The warranty applies\u00a0only to products that have been used in accordance with the user manual and for the purpose for which they were made, provided that the goods have been paid for in full and that installation, repair and other invoices to Haktek O\u00dc have also been paid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-191ef75 garantii elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"191ef75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>THE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PRODUCTS\/PARTS DAMAGED BY:\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>The warranty does not cover training in the use of the product, maintenance, cleaning or the correction of faults caused by improper handling contrary to the user manual.<\/p><ul><li>transport damage occurring after the product has been handed over to the buyer;<\/li><li>careless use or overloading of the product;<\/li><li>failure to follow the operating instructions;<\/li><li>damage caused by water quality in the absence of a water softener or with insufficient regeneration;<\/li><li>causes beyond the warrantor&#8217;s control;<\/li><li>(e.g. voltage fluctuations in the mains, changes in the chemical composition of fuel gas, lightning, fire, short circuits caused by insects, water quality and other external factors);<\/li><li>repairs carried out by an unauthorised person;<\/li><li>installation errors or incorrect connection by the customer;<\/li><li>inadequate ventilation of built-in equipment inside custom furniture.<\/li><\/ul><p>Nor does the warranty cover parts subject to normal wear, for example:<\/p><ul><li>cutting discs, seals, lamps, fuses, glass, porcelain and plastic parts (knobs, levers, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3e2080 garantii elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3e2080\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/>WHAT TO DO IF YOU SUSPECT A WARRANTY CASE?\u00a0<\/span><\/h6><p>If a fault appears during the warranty period, the customer must notify the seller or an authorised service provider immediately.<\/p><p>Please provide:<\/p><ul><li>The product model, time and place of purchase, product number and serial number (shown on the invoice and\/or the product rating plate);<\/li><li>If possible, a description of the fault and the conditions in which it may have occurred.<\/li><\/ul><p>Warranty repairs of large and heavy products are carried out at the customer&#8217;s premises; the customer brings smaller equipment to the workshop for warranty repair and collects it afterwards.<\/p><p>A fault covered by the warranty is remedied as soon as possible. If the downtime of the product during warranty repair exceeds 7 working days, the customer is entitled to request an extension of the warranty period by the downtime in full weeks, but by no more than 3 months in total.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e85cf8f garantii elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e85cf8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6><b>OTHER WARRANTY REPAIR TERMS<\/b><\/h6><p>Warranty repair is free of charge for the customer and is carried out during normal working hours (Mon\u2013Fri 8.30\u201317.00). If the customer wishes warranty repair outside normal hours, the customer pays the difference between the out-of-hours rate and the normal-hours rate according to the price list.<\/p><p>Warranty repair requires that defective spare parts and assemblies replaced with new ones become the property of the warrantor. In case of disagreement between the customer and the authorised repairer on the interpretation of these warranty terms, the matter is resolved by a Haktek Seadmed O\u00dc service specialist.<\/p><p>The warranty is also conditional on scheduled maintenance of the equipment having been ordered from our service partner in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions, but no less than once a year.<\/p><p>All warranty claims are submitted to the warrantor only.<\/p><p>The warranty applies only to assessments and repairs carried out by a service company authorised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haktekseadmed.ee\/en\/\">Haktek Seadmed O\u00dc<\/a>.
